Mildred Ellen Hines (Garr) 76 of Unionville MO, passed away at the Putnam County Care Center on May 25,2019.
Mildred was born January 15,1943 to Howard and Mamie (Bunnell) Garr.
Mildred was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, embroidery, quilting, baking, canning, and planting flowers. She loved going to church and fellowship. Mildred was a hell raiser and loved horseback riding in her younger years. Mildred was an excellent cook and kept her family well fed. Mildred was a simple lady who loved her family and especially enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren.
Mildred is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Albert Garr; sister Zella Mae Rogers.
She is survived by her son, David Eugene Campbell of Unionville, MO; daughters, Kathy (James) Campbell of Unionville, MO, Connie (Devon) Mullins of Stafford, IA, Beverly Hines of Unionville, MO, and Melissa Hines of Green City, MO; seven grandchildren, Carissa (John) Carter of Unionville, Mackie Campbell of Unionville, J.C. Cooper II of Marshalltown IA, Brandy Cooper of Stratford, IA, Autumn Hines of Unionville, MO, Phoenix Thomas of Green City, MO, and Maci Meraz of Green City, MO; four great grandchildren, Austen, Shaylee, Hayden, Mason; sisters, Bonnie (Jim) Handling of Oskaloosa, IA; brothers, Evert (Joanne) Garr of Centerville, IA, Robert (Bev) Garr of Kirksville, MO, Hubert (Debra) Garr of Unionville, MO, and Wilbert Garr of Unionville, MO.
