James Russell Bunch, 67 of Kirksville Missouri passed away on October 17, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family.

He was born April 28, 1952 the son Walter N. Bunch and Sally (Coleman) Bunch who precede him in death. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Cathryn Gann; son, John Wright and Donald Bunch.

James is survived by his children, Sean Wright, Charles (Chuckie) Bunch, Christopher Bunch; adopted son Robert Yates Jr.; brothers, Mitchell Bunch, Donald Bunch; 28 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.

James grew up in Kentucky and spent most of his adult life in Indiana and later years in Missouri. He was a skilled carpet layer, owning and operating his own business for many years. He was a man with a big heart always putting others before himself. He loved racing and going to Indianapolis 500 along with watching westerns and wrestling. He will be greatly missed by his furry forever friend Gizmo, and his grandchildren who he loved to spoil.

James wishes were for cremation and a family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
